Last week in Lake Oswego we had 6 properties come onto the market, 7 move to pending status, and 14 closed sales. What I found interesting was that for 7 pending sales, 4 sold really fast, in just a few days, while the other 3 were all properties that had been on the market for an extended period of time. Just an anomaly that I found interesting.
