The housing market in Lake Oswego included 19 new listings, 15 pending sales, and 14 closed sales. You will probably notice some categories moved/missing/changed. Linda and I use a macro in excell to develop these charts. RMLS has made technical changes that are affecting our macro, which we need to re-work.
