Market Activity Dec 23-29, 2024

Because last week included the Christmas holiday, I just don’t expect there to have been much real estate activity. And there wasn’t with 3 houses that came onto the market, 2 that went pending, and 6 that were fully sold with closed contracts. I also have to note that real estate is happening at all times, every single week of the year.
