We really are in the dog days of summer. Rush hour is unusually light on the freeways, the weather has been perfect, it just feels like folks are enjoying vacationing and the languid days before school starts. This is reflected in last week’s real estate activity. Lake Oswego had 13 new listings, one of which sold quickly and appears in this report as a pending sale. 17 properties went into pending status, and there were 9 closed sales. Good numbers showing on-going real estate activity, but a bit down from recent previous weeks.
