The last 2 weeks have brought 21 new listings onto the market, 19 houses have gone into pending status, and 21 properties that are closed/sold. Most exciting is that 1900 Twin Points has gone pending. This is one of Lake Oswego’s most prestigious homes. It on the lake with it’s own small bay and is known for its Asian inspired blue tile roof. Priced at $6,999,000, it’s been on the market for 535 days. Now the curiosity will be watching to see what the final sales price is.
