We are having the most beautiful mid-August weather! Spectacular sunny days of 80 degrees, usually a light breeze, and lovely summer nights. Time to slow down and relish it as we all know that we are only a couple of weeks from feeling the nip of fall in the air.

Along with lazy summer days, we are still in the full swing of a very busy summer real estate market. Just as I thought the numbers would look like they are starting to slow down we had 27 new listings come onto the market last week. That is really good news as our inventory needs to stay strong to give buyers opportunity! We also had 19 properties go into pending status and 19 closed sales.
