Market Activity June 22nd – 28th

Summer has been pretty busy here in the LO area during the 22nd and the 28th. We have 20 new houses entering the market, 29 houses entering into escrow, and 16 homes that have just sold! Whew!

One of the houses that I am tickled to see enter into escrow is the old church converted into a home on 796 1st st. What a cool experience that house was to visit, while it was on the market. How lucky those owners are to own such a unique home! Congrats to the sellers and the buyers!
