It appears that even in the depth of winter, real estate is alive in Lake Oswego.
There were a total of 18 “new” listings showing in RMLS, however, I am including only the 12 that are either brand new, or have been off the market for at least 4 – 6 weeks.
There are several great homes in this line-up. I especially enjoyed walking through the “Rummer” on Park Forest Ave… really cute!
