Open Houses for December 5, 2010

There are 28 houses scheduled to be help open this Sunday. I am impressed! Local Realtors sure are not taking it easy just because it’s the holidays.

Be sure to stop by and see Linda at her open house at 979 Devon. It is a fantastic property that is a standout in the market. Open Houses for 11/21/2010

There is a chance of snow this Sunday.  Really?  I guess I’ll believe it when I see it.  We do get snow, so it certainly could happen. But the media always goes waaaaaay over board getting excited about the prospect.  So we shall see.

If we do get snow, open houses can be a bit iffy.  It all depends on the comfort level of the people involved for driving in it.  I would expect some of the open houses to be canceled if we more than a dusting.  There are currently 26 open houses scheduled:
