Sunny Sunday!!! The last Sunday of June…  Next weekend is the 4th of July!  (OK, I’ll calm myself down : )  Take advantage of this weekend’s glorious (and temperate!) weather and get out this weekend & Sunday to experience Lake Oswego’s Festival of the Arts.  While you’re at it, tour some of the lovely homes (24 of them according to RMLS) that will be held Open on Sunday.  There are some real beauties in this bunch.

If you’re out and about Saturday (today) the 25th, and think you’d be interested in a gorgeous View Home with a separate apartment for $425,000…  stop by between 1 – 4PM.  We’ll have LIVE MUSIC and plenty of Mt Hood and Mt Adams & the valley for you to enjoy!  Just follow the signs from Cornell & McVey in the midst of all the Arts Festival flurry.
