Last week in Lake Oswego 22 properties came onto the market. Of those, 2 sold quickly and appear in this report as pending sales. 17 homes went into pending status. There were 15 closed transactions.
Honestly, I have been concerned that world and National circumstances would affect the real estate market, but here in Lake Oswego, it feels like the market remains pretty healthy.
