Last week Lake Oswego welcomed 30 properties to the marketplace. A couple of them had been on the market before but had been off the market for more than 30 days, so that’s our rule for inclusion & they’re included here. A couple Sold really quickly and are also listed below, therefore, as pending. 15 total moved to Pending status with accepted offers, and 18 Closed/Sold.
