Market Activity Feb 23-March 1, 2026

Looking at the market activity in Lake Oswego last week, I would call it healthy, and maybe even strong. Interest rates are now below 6%. That has gotten people interested in making a move.

We had 15 properties enter the market. 3 of those sold quickly and appear in this report as pending sales. 16 properties moved to pending status. There were 17 closed sales.
