Aaaaaand, we’re off! Last week Lake Oswego saw 21 properties enter the market. Things are starting to pop in Lake Oswego. 11 moved to Pending status and 6 Closed/Sold. Several of the New properties were refreshed from more than a month ago, and a few moved to Pending status in the same week they came on the market. Always a sign of a great Listing. One in particular just stood out (it went Pending one day after our end-week here of the 25th).
