Last week Lake Oswego saw 6 properties enter the market… and the funny thing is that 5 of them went Pending in the same week. That tells me there are Buyers out there and they’re watching what’s on the market… When you prepare a home nicely, price it just right, and it is new to the market, it tends to move, so Bravo to those Sellers! It also tells me what price range people are honing in on right now…one of the fast-movers was $1,695,000 but the rest were $599,000 to $824,900. There were a total of 10 that went Pending and the current number of homes available in Lake Oswego is 246 with a price range of $199,000 to $9,950,000.
