Last week we had another influx of properties to the market. There were 22 New properties, 19 that moved to Pending status and 6 that Closed/Sold. Usually we have several that are what we call “refreshed” Listings (recently given a new ML# & re-posted), but last week there was just one out of 22, so lots of people who’ve been holding off are now deciding to move forward. One property at 767 10th Ave seems to have been listed on Jan 28th, but it’s data never loaded onto any reports & it’s showing up as New this week, so we are including it.
