February is American Heart Month. The focus is heart health and learning skills to save lives. Two, free classes are being offered by the Lake Oswego Fire Department. This class will be hands-on and will teach you how to recognize signs of cardiac distress and how to perform effective chest compressions.
February 14 from 10 to 11am at the Westlake Fire Stations
February 26 from 6 to 7pm at the Jean Rd Fire Station
