With the holidays upon us, it is normal for the real estate market to slow down. Last week in Lake Oswego 3 properties came onto the market and 5 moved into pending status. The highlight is that there were 14 closed sales.
I moved to Lake Oswego in 1976 when I was 16 years old. It was the week before Christmas when we arrived at our new home on Dellwood Dr. We pulled into the driveway with a Christmas tree tied to the roof of our car.
I am happy for the 14 lucky families who are moving into their new homes in time to celebrate the holidays.
