We’ve had a busy week!
24 new listings, 17 pending, and 21 sold!

Looks like the market has been pretty consistent. However, with school starting we may start to see a dip in activity. I knew a few of my friends are looking to buy homes in Lake Oswego, and may be encouraged to really start looking if they feel like there isn’t as much competition. Having been working with buyers as of late, I completely understand the thought process here.

Market Activity Aug 1-7, 2016

We are having a rather perfect summer here in LO. Temperatures have been mostly mild, staying in the 70’s and 80’s, the free summer concert series is in full swing, and the boats are lined up on gorgeous summer evenings at the dock at Stickmen’s. Gotta enjoy every moment, including the real estate activity. Last week LO had 17 new listings, 15 houses go to pending status, and 20 closed sales.

Gosh is it hot! Summer is excited to be here! The real estate market in Lake Oswego continues to be strong, with 23 new listings, 27 pending properties, and 17 sold homes.

Market Activity Report Feb 01 – 07, 2016

Hello Everybody!

This week as I was doing the market activity report I thought about what my mother, Dianne Gregoire, had pointed out to me a week before: that there are not many condos available in Lake Oswego right now, or at least it seems this way. As I was doing the report I made a mental note to actually count out the condos that where available, then those that where pending and sold. Turns out she was right: there are only two condos available within the week of 01-07, then one pending, and one that has closed. How weird! Maybe that means we have a lot of condo owners that are happy where they are (I mean can you blame them, Lake Oswego is a pretty wonderful place to live!)
