Market Activity Report for November 7 – 11th, 2016

Hey everybody!
I hope your November has been awesome. Have you all noticed that the grocery stores have almost completely skipped Thanksgiving? Like what is up with that? I feel like I was just in Halloween land at the Albertsons and now suddenly its Christmas!
In any case, the real estate market has maintained a steady rhythm. Condos continue to be a hot item, and houses starting at 400,000 to 700,000 continue to be bought and sold at an even pace.

Last week we saw 16 new listings, 23 pending houses, and 10 closed homes!

Market Activity for September 19 – 25th, 2016

Market Activity Report August 8th – 14th, 2016

We’ve had a busy week!
24 new listings, 17 pending, and 21 sold!

Looks like the market has been pretty consistent. However, with school starting we may start to see a dip in activity. I knew a few of my friends are looking to buy homes in Lake Oswego, and may be encouraged to really start looking if they feel like there isn’t as much competition. Market Activity Aug 1-7, 2016

We are having a rather perfect summer here in LO. Temperatures have been mostly mild, staying in the 70’s and 80’s, the free summer concert series is in full swing, and the boats are lined up on gorgeous summer evenings at the dock at Stickmen’s. Market Activity Report April 25th – April 8th, 2016

Hey all!
Looks like I missed out on posting the market analysis report for April 25th through to May 1st. So to make up for it I am doing a full market report from the 25th to the 8th. Should be a big chunk of info!
Actually while I was doing this I noticed that a lot of condos had gone pending and have been sold. Looks like condos are pretty hot on the market!

Market Activity Report March 14th – 20th, 2016

Market Activity Report Feb 22nd – 28th, 2016

Hello everybody! Gosh hasn’t the weather been crazy? It is raining cats and dogs one moment and then it is nice and sunny. Did anybody have any trees that where blown down yesterday?

So this last week in the market we saw about 12 new properties on the market. My mother and I saw a few during broker’s tour and I can tell you right now that this is a good week for beautiful and unique houses!
