  • 613 Active Listings
  • 205 New Listings
  • 117 Pending Sales
  • 84 Closed Sales
  • An average Sale Price of $373,200.
  • Average Time on the Market: 152 Days

For the Portland Metro Area…………….

  • March 2012: Combination of fewer new listings & more closed sales = lowest unsold inventory since June 2007
  • 1st quarter 2012 as compared to 2011 shows increase of 12.2% in Closed Sales
  • 1st quarter 2012 as compared to 2011 shows increase of 18.2% in Pending Sales
  • 1st quarter 2012 as compared to 2011 shows decrease of 12% in New Listings
  • If you compare March to the previous month of February 2012, Closed Sales grew by 34.2%,
